Bill posed the question:- “Is there a buzz of excitement among your staff, or do too many of them aim only to avoid making mistakes? Are they walking on air or treading on eggshells?”

The premise being that:- “If you can create a more confident culture in your business then your staff will benefit, you will benefit and your bottom line will benefit. Being at work will become more enjoyable, more profitable and less stressful”
